in this particular situation, i believe that if there certain rituals or trditions that
people follow due to their religion, and they do not conflict with the law then
there shouldnt be a problem with everyone doing it if they understand why. The
chewing of the coca leaf is not in any way conflicting with the law so it shouldnt
be a topic of discussion. The article states that there is less the 1/10% of cocaine
in the leaf and can only be considered a narcotic after certain chemical things
are done to it. So i personally think that if they're not using it as a drug or
narcotic, those people and their traditions should be left alone.
